The idea of YOU CAN FIGHT is to make it possible for almost anyone to participate at least in some of the formats included:
- Easy Tui Shou (Fixed position tui shou),
- Free Step Tui Shou,
- Easy San Shou (light contact)
Starting from 2015 YOU CAN FIGHT will also include long staff and short stick fighting.
2014 YOU CAN FIGHT event (sparring tests status) will be organized in Warsaw, Poland on Saturday, May 10th.
